Is blogging really such a slow process

I recently started blogging and i have to say im not having any succes at all.

Not only nobody ever views my blog  but i feel like im posting for my self.I have to say i dont feel like giving up yet ,ill give it more time.

I hope ill  somehow manage to get some traffic on this blog.I would even be happy for like 20 visits per day but for now that seems impposible for me.
